Privacy Policy
What DeShill holds about visitors, account holders and the profiles in the record, who else sees it, and how to change it.
01What this covers
This policy covers deshill.com and the DeShill account you can create on it. DeShill is a public record of what tracked memecoin profiles promote and what happens on-chain afterwards, so it concerns two groups: people who use the site (visitors, account holders, people who send reports, disputes, contributions or investigations), and people who appear in the record (tracked profiles and public wallets) who may never have touched the site. It should be read with the Terms. It does not cover X, Telegram, Google, wallet apps, explorers or any other service you reach through a link.
02Visitors
DeShill sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics of its own. The only cookies are the session cookie if you sign in and, while the private beta lasts, the access cookie that opens the site. The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and to stop abuse, and its own cookieless beacon counts page loads and load times; neither sets a cookie, follows anyone across sites or is used by DeShill to profile anyone. Your local browser may remember small conveniences such as which tab you had open; that never leaves your device.
03Tracked profiles
The record holds, for each tracked profile: public posts and their pictures as captured (including posts later edited, deleted or hidden at the source), the handles the account has used, display name, profile picture, public follower count and account creation date, public posts in a Telegram channel the profile runs, wallets the profile named in public or that a wallet-verification service lists for it, and the public blockchain activity of those wallets. From that, DeShill produces promotions, entries, chasers, incidents and the other measurements described in the method. Nothing private is read: no direct messages, no private accounts, no passwords, no keys. A profile does not need an account for this, and the lawful basis, where one is required, is DeShill's legitimate interest in keeping an accurate public record of public market conduct, balanced against the person's rights.
04Public blockchains
Wallet addresses, transactions, balances and transfers come from public chains through infrastructure providers. DeShill only ever sends them public addresses. Nothing on a blockchain can be changed by DeShill, so removing something from the record does not remove it from the chain or from explorers.
05What the AI reads
To decide whether a public post is a promotion, DeShill sends the post's public text, and the text of the post it replies to or quotes, to an AI inference provider under a written prompt and keeps the answer with the post. Only public post text goes; no account-holder data does, and each request asks the provider not to store it.
06Your account
An account holds your email address or your Google account id and email (Google sign-in asks only for the openid and email scopes, nothing else from your Google account), the Solana wallet address you type in, the X handle you verify by posting a one-line code (with its public follower count and creation date), when you last signed in, and a participant id. Sign-in codes are stored only as one-way hashes and expire after ten minutes. Codes are sent by our email provider. Sessions are kept in a secure cookie.
07Wallets and the holders board
If you add a wallet, its balance of the DeShill token is read from the public chain on a schedule, for the holders boards on the Airdrop page. Adding a wallet ties a public address to your account, and to your X handle if you verify one.
08Reports, disputes, contributions and investigations
What you send through Report or Dispute, and what you contribute or publish, is kept with your account while it exists and is read by a person. Anything you publish deliberately is public and can be copied or archived by others. Do not put private, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary personal information about anyone in a submission; such submissions are removed.
09How information is used
To run, secure and improve the site; to create and sign in to accounts; to verify wallets and X handles; to keep the public record and its history; to produce the measurements the method defines; to review reports and disputes; to run community and airdrop programmes and keep them honest (duplicate, bot and Sybil checks); to detect abuse; to answer lawful requests; and to defend DeShill's rights. Aggregate statistics that identify no one may be used freely. DeShill does not sell personal information, does not share it for targeted advertising, and does not build advertising profiles.
10Who else sees it
Public-record information is public by design. Beyond that, data reaches only the providers needed to run the service. DeShill may disclose information to comply with a valid legal demand, to protect people or the service, to investigate abuse, or in a merger or sale, and checks the validity and scope of any demand it can.
11How long it is kept
Account data: while your account exists. Sign-in codes: ten minutes. Sessions: until they expire or you sign out. Reports, disputes and contributions: kept for the review history, detached from your account when you delete it. The public record, including posts, chain data and measurements: indefinitely, because the point of a record is that it stays. Server logs: on the provider's own short schedule. Daily copies of account tables are kept for 30 days in DeShill's storage and then deleted, so a deleted account leaves the backups within a month.
12Deleting your account
Delete account, in Profile, removes your email, Google id, wallet, X verification, participant id and participation record immediately. Reports, disputes and contributions you sent are kept with the author marked as deleted. Deletion does not touch the public record, public chains, X or Telegram.
13Corrections and removal from the record
Deleting an account is not the same as changing the record. If something in the record about you is wrong, misattributed or should not be there, dispute the incident from its page or use Report. DeShill weighs the source and accuracy of the information, whether it remains public elsewhere, the public and historical interest in it, the rights of everyone involved, freedom of expression and the law, and may correct, annotate, re-attribute, restrict or remove it. A request does not guarantee removal where DeShill has a lawful reason to keep the information. Nothing here limits a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
14Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to see what is held about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. Where EU or UK law applies, DeShill processes personal data on the bases of contract (accounts), legal obligation, consent where asked for, and legitimate interests (the public record, security and abuse prevention), and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Make a request at contact@deshill.com or through Report; DeShill may need to verify that you are who you say. Information is processed in the United States and wherever the providers above operate, under appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
15Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest at the provider, secrets stay off the site, codes are hashed, and only the operator can reach the database. No system is perfectly secure; keep your email account and wallet safe, and DeShill will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. If a breach affects personal information, affected people are told as the law requires.
16Children
DeShill is not for anyone under 18. Accounts are not knowingly created for minors; tell DeShill at contact@deshill.com if you believe one has been.
17Changes and contact
This policy can change; the date at the top is the current version and material changes are announced on the site and on X at @DeShillx. Questions and requests about your data, including access, correction, deletion and objection requests, go to contact@deshill.com or through Report; announcements come from @DeShillx.
