Terms of Service
What DeShill is, what its words mean, and what using it means.
01What these terms cover
These terms govern deshill.com and everything served from it: the record, the drawers and pages, accounts, the airdrop and token programmes, investigation tools when they open, and any API. By using the site you agree to them. Some programmes carry their own rules; where those conflict with these terms for that programme, the programme rules win.
02Read this first
DeShill is a public record. It keeps public posts by tracked profiles as they were posted, keeps public blockchain transactions, and applies written, versioned rules to them. It decides nothing about anyone's intent, honesty, legality or character.
Words like incident, rug pull pattern, bundled rug pattern, dump pattern, pump & dump pattern, liquidity pulled, supply minted, authority moved, sells blocked, promotion, shill, entry, bait buy and chaser are names for measurements with the specific meanings given to them by the DeShill method. They are not legal conclusions and not allegations beyond those meanings. A profile sits on an incident because it promoted the token before the event, inside the measurement window. That association does not establish causation, participation, knowledge, coordination, control of a wallet, financial benefit or wrongdoing. Read the receipts under every number before drawing a conclusion.
03What DeShill is, and is not
DeShill is an information and research platform. It collects, preserves, organises and presents public social-media posts, public blockchain activity, market data and the measurements its rules produce from them, and it hosts user-submitted reports, disputes, contributions and, when the feature opens, investigations. Software, automated systems and AI models do most of the collecting and sorting.
DeShill is not an exchange, broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, custodian, credit-rating agency, court, regulator or law-enforcement body.
04Facts, measurements and inferences
Some of what the record shows is directly observed: a post and its time, a transaction, a transfer, a balance, a wallet address. The rest is produced from that data: a price fall measured against a line, a share of supply sold inside a span, a wallet counted behind another wallet's buy, a token resolved from a cashtag. A measurement or classification is not the same thing as an observed fact and should not be read as one. Wherever practical, DeShill shows the sources behind a number so it can be checked.
05Incidents
An incident means the data DeShill holds met the written conditions for that name under the method version shown on it. Names with on-chain evidence behind them (a wallet named by the account, the deployer, the largest holders or the pool's own liquidity) are stated plainly; the pump & dump shape alone is called a pattern when no evidence beyond the pattern is present.
An incident is not, by itself, a finding or allegation that any person committed fraud, theft, market manipulation, deception, a securities violation or any other unlawful or dishonest act, and it does not establish anyone's intent, knowledge, participation, ownership or control of a wallet or token, responsibility for the event, receipt of proceeds, or breach of law. Roles such as deployer, promoter, seller, holder or linked wallet describe what the data and the method indicate about an address, not the identity, intent or responsibility of whoever controls it.
06Promotions and shills
A post is recorded as a promotion when an AI reader, held to written rules, judges that its own words push readers towards buying a token the words name, and the market checks pass. That is a description of the post, nothing more. It does not mean the author was paid, sponsored, affiliated with the token's developers, holding or trading the token, in any undisclosed financial relationship, trying to move the price, acting deceptively or breaking any law. DeShill does not infer compensation or ownership from a promotion.
07The method
Every measurement follows the preset DeShill method: liquidity-scaled price lines, collapse episodes, measurement windows, holder and wallet evidence read from the chain, launch-block analysis, chaser windows, and the precedence between names. The method is an analytical framework, not a legal standard; it simplifies a chaotic market into fixed thresholds, and another analyst, trader, regulator or court may characterise the same event differently. The method changes when it can be made more accurate or when someone finds a way to game it, and incidents that stop qualifying under a newer version are retracted. Deliberately manipulating posts, wallets, transactions, markets or other inputs to cause, avoid or change a DeShill classification is prohibited.
08Profiles, wallets and attribution
A wallet is shown on a profile when the profile named it as its own in public, when a third-party service that verifies wallet ownership from on-chain trades lists it (named on the page), or when the operator linked it from public evidence. The strength of an attribution varies and is shown where it is known. Wallets can be shared, sold, compromised, abandoned, automated, custodial or simply misattributed, and a transaction from an address does not establish which person authorised it or benefited from it. Attribution is not proof of identity, control or beneficial ownership unless the page says how it was verified.
09Timing, correlation and chasers
The record places events in order: a promotion, a wallet's buy, the wallets that bought behind it, the price afterwards. Order and proximity are not causation. A wallet selling after a promotion, other wallets buying seconds after a tracked buy, or a price moving after a post does not establish that a profile controlled those wallets, caused those trades, coordinated with anyone, knew what would happen or profited. A chaser is any wallet that bought the same token inside the seconds-long window after a tracked wallet's buy, measured whole from the chain. It says nothing about whether that wallet saw, copied, communicated with or used any service connected to the tracked wallet. A bait buy is a buy that another wallet signed into a tracked wallet; it is recorded as such and not counted as the profile's own entry.
10Posts kept as posted
DeShill keeps public posts as they were when captured, including posts later edited, deleted, hidden or removed at their source, and it keeps the handles a profile has used so its history stays attached to the account. Gone from X and similar labels describe what DeShill could observe at its last check, not why the post went. Removal at the source does not by itself remove a post from the record; the correction procedure below does. Keeping a post is not endorsing it, and a quoted statement remains its author's.
11Coverage and limits
Blockchains, social networks and market feeds can be late, incomplete, reorganised, spoofed or wrong. Trades route through programs, routers, aggregators, bots and custodians, so an address on a transaction is not a person. Prices and market capitalisations differ between pools, indexers and data providers; DeShill names its sources and their limits on the page where it can. The AI reader can misread a post, and automated systems can miss or misresolve a token, misattribute a wallet or fail on bad data. DeShill does not cover the whole market or everything a tracked profile does. Nothing being recorded is not evidence that nothing happened, and the absence of an incident is not a statement that a token, wallet or person is safe or legitimate. Check anything that matters to you yourself.
12No advice
Nothing on DeShill is investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset. A token's presence, absence, ranking, incident history or profile associations say nothing about whether it is safe, sound, valuable or likely to go anywhere. Memecoins can go to zero in minutes. Your decisions are yours.
13Reports, disputes and the right of reply
Anyone, including the profile concerned, can dispute an incident from its page or report anything else through the Report button; both land in one review queue read by a person. DeShill may leave the record as it is, add context, publish a response, correct or re-attribute, change a name, mark something disputed, restrict it or remove it, and may ask for evidence first. A change is not an admission that what stood before was false, defamatory, negligent or improper, and a refusal is not a claim that every reading of the record is right. A person discussed in a record may be given room to answer. The history of a record is kept where that is lawful and useful.
14What you may not do with the record
The record exists to inform. It must not be used as a reason, instruction or cover to threaten, harass, stalk, dox, extort, intimidate, discriminate against or retaliate against anyone, or to organise others to. A DeShill record authorises nothing against any person. Lawful criticism, journalism, research, discussion and reporting to the authorities are not affected.
You may quote, link and discuss DeShill records. You may not alter or fabricate them, present user content as a DeShill determination, attribute to DeShill a conclusion it did not make, or present a retracted, corrected or disputed classification as current when that matters.
15User content and investigations
When DeShill lets you publish reports, contributions, responses or investigations, what you publish is yours and speaks for you, not for DeShill. Hosting, ranking, formatting or lending tools and data to your content is not adopting, verifying or endorsing it. By publishing you confirm you hold the rights to it, you will not knowingly or recklessly publish false factual claims about an identifiable person, you will not fabricate, doctor or misattribute evidence, and your content breaks no law and no right of anyone else. Separate evidence from inference and opinion. DeShill may label, restrict, unpublish or remove content to enforce these terms, follow the law or protect people, and has no duty to pre-screen everything.
You keep your rights in what you create. You give DeShill a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute it as needed to run, secure, improve and promote the service, including showing content you chose to make public.
16Accounts, wallets and X verification
An account is created with an email address (a one-time code) or Google sign-in. One account per person. You are responsible for your account and for what is done through it. Do not impersonate anyone, claim an account or wallet that is not yours, or get around a restriction. A wallet is added by typing its public address; DeShill never asks for a seed phrase or private key and never takes custody of anything. X is verified by posting a one-line code from the account. Think about what becomes public before you connect anything, and tell DeShill through Report if your account is compromised.
17Airdrop, token and rewards
DeShill may run an airdrop, holder boards and other community programmes. Unless a programme's own published rules say otherwise: taking part does not guarantee eligibility, eligibility does not guarantee an allocation, an allocation does not guarantee receipt or value, no date is promised, criteria can change where the law allows, and anti-fraud, anti-bot, anti-Sybil, sanctions and jurisdiction checks apply. Duplicate accounts, artificial engagement, automation and attempts to game a programme can be disqualified. Nothing here is a statement about the legal, regulatory, tax or securities status of any asset. DeShill and people associated with it may hold or trade digital assets, including its own; no economic interest changes a classification, and no one can buy a favourable one, the removal of a valid one, or special treatment under the method.
18Who may use DeShill
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live, and at least 18 to hold an account or take part in any token programme. Some features may be unavailable in some places for legal, sanctions or security reasons, and DeShill may restrict them where it reasonably must.
19Acceptable use and automated access
The record is free to read and share for lawful research, commentary and discussion. Do not disrupt or overload the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, plant malicious code, use another person's account, impersonate DeShill, manipulate classifications, rankings, disputes or eligibility, submit fabricated evidence, resell access, interfere with DeShill's data providers, or scrape at a rate that degrades the site for others. Public does not mean unlimited automated access; DeShill may rate-limit, require an API key, attribution or separate terms for it.
20Intellectual property
DeShill owns the site, its software, design, name, logo and original compilations. Public posts, public blockchain data and user content are not claimed. The DeShill name and mark may not be used to suggest endorsement or affiliation. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@deshill.com with the material, your right and your contact details; infringing material is removed and repeat infringers lose access.
21Availability and change
DeShill may change, pause or withdraw any part of the service, and does not promise that it is always up, that every chain, token, profile, wallet or event is covered, that history stays available forever, that every incident is caught or caught immediately, that every attribution stays right, that any data provider stays available, or that the method stays the same.
22Risk, no warranty, limited liability
Digital assets are volatile, illiquid, hackable, manipulable and can become worthless; transactions are irreversible. You act on the record at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY AND AVAILABILITY. DESHILL AND THE PEOPLE AND PROVIDERS BEHIND IT ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, DIGITAL ASSETS OR TRADING OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, INCLUDING FROM RELIANCE ON THE RECORD, A WRONG, LATE OR MISSING CLASSIFICATION OR ATTRIBUTION, USER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY DATA, AI OR SOFTWARE ERROR, DOWNTIME OR A CHANGE TO THE METHOD. THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID DESHILL IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US$100. WHERE A JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW A LIMITATION, IT APPLIES ONLY AS FAR AS THAT LAW PERMITS.
23Your responsibility to DeShill
To the extent the law allows, you will defend and indemnify DeShill and the people and providers behind it against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your statements on the site, your use or misuse of the service, your breach of these terms or the law, your infringement of anyone's rights, or fraud, manipulation or abuse through your account. DeShill may take over the defence of such a matter with your cooperation.
24Suspension and termination
DeShill may restrict or end access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security threats, legal or sanctions reasons, manipulation of its systems, or risk to people or the service. You can stop using the site whenever you like and delete your account from Profile. Ending an account does not remove public posts, public blockchain data or lawfully kept user content from the record. Terms that should survive termination do.
25Changes to these terms
These terms can change; the date at the top is the current version, and material changes are announced on the site and on X at @DeShillx with notice where the law requires it. Using the site after a change means accepting it. If you do not accept it, stop using the site.
26General
If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. You may not assign these terms; DeShill may, in a merger, sale or restructuring. These terms, the Privacy policy and any programme rules are the whole agreement about the service. Nothing in them makes you and DeShill partners, agents, employer and employee or fiduciaries. Headings are for reading only.
27Contact
Record corrections, disputes, right-of-reply requests and anything else about the record go through the Report and Dispute buttons, which reach the same review queue. Legal notices, copyright notices and press go to contact@deshill.com. Public announcements are made on X at @DeShillx.
